Cashflow is a fun and educational game to play, no doubt! But the reason SacREIA has made Cashflow Night part of our monthly do list, is so you can get to know how your potential business partners think, and act under the pressure of dealing with real estate and life.

• Practice makes perfect! Playing Cashflow gives you the opportunity to practice investment strategy in a safe environment.

"Timing the Real Estate Market”

Robert Campbell is a real estate advisor and author. His book Timing the Real Estate Market (Third Edition - 2007) is the only book ever written that presents a clearly defined method for predicting the coming peaks and valleys of real estate cycles. Called “The Campbell Method”, Robert says it’s the greatest real estate timing model the world has ever seen.

Based on the five key trend indicators presented in his book, Robert also publishes The Campbell Real Estate Timing Letter, which is the only real estate timing advisory for California investors. For the past 24 years, these key trend indicators have correctly predicted which way California housing prices have gone with a success rate of over 80 percent. Robert Campbell has had a multifaceted 35-year real estate career that includes:

• As a real estate investor, he has bought and sold over 40 rental properties.

Prior to Robert Campbell, Barry Hoffman and Jason Scorza of H & S Ventures are going to speak on the GO (Gulf Opportunity) Zone. CPA Cary Lemas will also be there to talk about the tax advantages of investing on the Gulf Coast. The Gulf Opportunity Act of 2005 (commonly referred to as the "GO ZONE") was passed by Congress to help counties devastated by Hurricane Katrina (among others). By buying in specific parts of Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, government incentives can give those people who qualify up to 50% deprecation in the 1st year. The Go Zone Act provides investors and developers with tremendous tax incentives.
